Marcia A. Wallis
Marcia A. Wallis is an associate in the Silicon Valley office. Marcia specializes in all areas of employment litigation and commercial litigation. She works closely with the team on all breach of contract, fraud, wrongful termination, retaliation, employment mobility, trade secret, and other complex litigation matters.
During law school, Marcia clerked on an appellate brief for the Capital Justice Project, mediated over 100 limited jurisdiction matters for Santa Monica Superior Court, and worked for Chapman Glucksman and Dean .
Prior to joining the Louderback Law Group, Marcia also worked in the District Attorney’s Office of Santa Clara County. After the DA’s office she opened her own office and worked with clients in wide range of matters, including defamation, breach of contract, DUIs, and partner disputes. Marcia has tried 15 jury trials, 3 court trials and 7 traffic court matters. Her jury trials include two vehicle manslaughter, defamation, animal cruelty, DUI, hit and run, and sexual battery. She is also a co-founder of TalentTraders.
