Lynn Hollenbeck is a graduate of Dartmouth College, where she majored in Psychology and Spanish Literature. She attended law school at Fordham University School of Law, where she wrote for the International Law Journal and taught Legal Writing.
She began her litigation career at Kelly Drye & Warren in New York City, where she worked on issues surrounding the Union Carbide disaster in Bhopal. She has extensive experience in complex litigation, premises liability, insurance coverage, construction defect and employment law including issues related to non-competition agreements, breach of contract, retaliatory termination, involuntary servitude, the Dodd-Frank Act, wage and hour disputes and employment separation agreements. Her seasoned litigation experience brings a valuable perspective that drives a focused and cost-efficient analysis and resolution of cases.
