Justin C. White
Justin White is an associate in our San Francisco office. Justin’s practice focuses on employment litigation, commercial litigation, trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, and other complex civil litigation matters.
During law school, Justin served as a law clerk for the Honorable Richard Kramer in the Complex Litigation Department of the San Francisco Superior Court and as a certified law clerk with the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office.
Additionally, he was selected to participate in the Frank C. Newman International Human Rights Clinic where he had an opportunity to lobby United Nations delegates and speak before an assembly of the United Nations Human Rights Council. Justin also gained valuable employment law experience as a volunteer with the Workers’ Rights Program at La Raza Centro Legal in San Francisco..
Justin’s prior professional legal experience focused on representing clients in a wide range of matters, including product liability, professional negligence, and dangerous condition of public property cases.
