Justin C. White


Justin C. White is an associate in our San Francisco office. Justin’s practice focuses on employment litigation including advocating for victims of sexual harassment, wage theft, discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination. In addition to representing employees, Justin advises employers on litigation avoidance, employee mobility and trade secret related issues. Justin also has a commercial litigation practice representing clients from a range of industries in matters involving financial fraud, breach of contract and LLC member disputes.

During law school, Justin served as a law clerk for the Honorable Richard Kramer in the Complex Litigation Department of the San Francisco Superior Court and as a certified law clerk with the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office. Additionally, he was selected to participate in the Frank C. Newman International Human Rights Clinic where he had an opportunity to lobby United Nations delegates and present to an assembly of the United Nations Human Rights Council.

Prior to joining the Louderback Law Group, Justin represented those injured by the negligence of others including in product liability, motor vehicle and dangerous condition of public property matters.
