Edward Donnelly provides individuals with counsel on commercial litigation, complex litigation and work-related issues, including analysis of employment offers, termination letters and incentive plans. He has successfully represented individuals in their claims against former or current employers, including issues of employee mobility and defense against claims of trade secret misappropriation.
Edward has expertise in the drafting, negotiation and analysis of contracts for businesses and individuals, and has litigated many cases centered on the interpretation and effect of agreements between the parties. He provides counsel to a number of companies regarding risk management and limiting exposure through an effective contract strategy.
Edward is committed to pro-bono work. He is most proud of his victory in achieving asylum for a Nicaraguan woman and her two children who suffered from domestic violence in their home country.
Prior to joining the Louderback Law Group, Edward practiced in the Complex Litigation groups of two large international law firms. He has represented Fortune 500 companies and successfully defended against class action lawsuits.
